I was noticing today that the store has some great nods to our southern roots. As much as I could do without pollen season and mosquitoes, the dirty south’s got some great things going for us, vibrant ‘tude included.

East Mesa Design etched some Georgia pint glasses and peach pint glasses just for us, which you’ll just have to come in and see for yourselves.

Steel Petal Press‘s love from.. cards are the bomb and a big hit in our card section.

Roy Fleeman’s “Players” print definitely has a few fans of its own:

Tru.che, a new jewelry vendor, sent us these lovely GA pendant necklaces (difference is..our pendants have hearts placed in Atlanta)!

If you’re in need of some more love, on Wednesday, May 4th from 7-9 Young Blood will be hosting a panel discussion on southern rap by Ben Westhoff, author of Dirty South.
