Sarah Scott Keys Jewelry

We carry Sarah Scott Keys embroidered wood jewelry here at Young Blood. The Atlanta born textile and jewelry designer was just featured in a Scout Mob interview for Scout Finds, which let’s you get to know this crafty lady a bit more. She says that she gets inspiration from things in her museum-like home and from taking her furry friend to the park. Sarah absolutely loves drawing, and is an expert at assembling her plexiglass and creating art out of it. Along with her plexiglass art, she makes some sweet jewelry. Her jewelry is a fusion of embroidered wood and delicately pieced together with funky found objects. We carry quite a bit of her jewelry in the store, so stop by and check it out sometime!

Heyhey all you artist vendors out there!

Gues Whaa??-  Every other Friday between art exhibitions Sous Whiskey Marin opens up her space to crafters who want to capitalize on the Friday foot traffic along Peters Street. It’s very relaxed and friendly, everyone is welcome to bring their goods and she usually provides some beer for donations. It’s $10 to participate and they only need to bring their stuff, a table and someone to man it. All the sales are negotiated by the artists or table individually. There are usually 50-100 people who wander in, mostly the bar traffic.

3pm – 8pm with set up at 2:30pm.
Reservations are first come first serve and she likes to have an email confirmation or phone call from people before they show up.
